2. Products and Pricing

  • All original paintings are unique, one-of-a-kind artworks

  • Prints are reproductions of original artworks

  • Prices are listed in EUR and include applicable VAT for EU customers, unless stated otherwise

  • Prices may be updated at any time; changes do not affect confirmed orders

  • Product images are presented as accurately as possible; however, colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and lighting conditions

3. Orders and Payment

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability

  • Payment must be received in full before an order is processed and shipped

  • Payments are securely processed via Shopify Payments (credit cards, debit cards, and other available methods)

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing and shipping information

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs procedures

  • For consumers within the EU, the risk of loss or damage passes to the customer only upon receipt of the goods

  • For deliveries outside the EU, risk transfers upon handover to the carrier, in accordance with applicable law

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, or force majeure

  • Any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees are the responsibility of the customer

6. Intellectual Property

  • All artworks, images, texts, and content on this website are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws

  • The purchase of an artwork or print does not transfer any copyright or reproduction rights

  • Any reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without prior written permission is strictly prohibited

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, KsaveraART shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or the purchase of products.

This limitation does not apply in cases of intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body, or health, or where liability is mandatory under applicable law.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany and applicable European Union law.

The place of jurisdiction, where legally permissible, is Germany.

9. Privacy

The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which complies with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
